OK what do we do now to get it started. Today the assistant county Judge Exec said "Better roads will help Elliott county recruit industry". He is a young guy caught up in traditional politics. I asked him to think about Carter County and the number of exits they have, why haven't they recruited more industry than they have. we talked for a while. He is less than 30 years old and may go far so we need to help in along. he will listen to me but I have to be very careful. I talked to him about small business development and asset based development. He seemed interested. I don't know how to lead him withoug having to deal with the CJE. Any advice.
